Istanbul greeted me with its unique blend of European and Asian influences. Wondering with my family through the bustling streets of the Grand Bazaar, I was captivated by the vibrant colors, enchanting aromas and bustling energy of this world-famous market.
My visit to Istanbul was not complete without visiting the architectural masterpiece of the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace and unwinding in the traditional hammams that dot the city.
The region of Cappadocia and unique rock formations into the soft volcanic rock left me in awe of the wonders nature and human ingenuity can create. Embarking on the hot balloon ride allowed me to appreciate the surreal beauty of Cappadocia from a bird's-eye view, also my stay in a luxurious cave hotel was relaxing after days filed with exploration.
